***THE BUILDER ALL-STARS***

Several levels received changes compared to their original release versions.
These were made for various reasons, such as fixing bugs or improving gameplay elements to match up with the rest of the All-Stars.


___CREATIVE CHANGES:___
Spirit of the Sands: Lowered coin star from 100 to 60; adjusted coin formations and red coin placements; removed a star in the red coin area
High & Tall Mountain: Moved a red which was close to a star; lowered coin star from 200 to 140
Sky Field: Added more coins
Prehistoric Prairie: Added green coins to nerf the puzzle star
Extinction Event: Removed the vanetal cap (as it trivialized the gameplay) and adjusted level geometry
Flaring Flaming Wood: Adjusted the placement of a coin formation
Captain Mario: Redesigned various red coin challenges
Bob-Omb Canyon: Extended the hole with the vanish cap to give it more purpose
King Whomp's Airship Fleets: Added a few tiles to make two irritating shortcuts more subtle
Void Out: Added return options from stars
Depth Fortress: Relocated a red coin; several bug fixes (e.g. added missing red coin star spawn)

Castle Garden: Added tiles to stabilize Koopa's path
Sky-High Spire: Gave a star to King Whomp
Cursed Cavern: Fixed out of bounds clip
Tomb Land: Fixed out of bounds clip
Peach's New Castle: Fixed a wall of falsely intangible blocks; added another boulder spawn (to fit 1.1)
Circular Crevasse: Added blue coins to an otherwise previously unused switch; adjusted boulder trajectories (to fit 1.1)
Sky-High Casino: Removed fence tile which blocked a path
Assault!: Fixed a ceiling clip
Jesus Christ: Slightly moved the Big Boo so he won't go through walls
Dire Fire Forge: Added tiles to safeguard the Bob-Omb's fall onto the conveyors


___CHANGES TO REACH MINIMUM STAR THRESHOLD:___
Danding Desert: Enabled a 100 coin star
Bank Heist: Enabled a 160 coin star
Lethal Lava Lake: Enabled a 100 coin star
Wiggler Woods: Added some coins; enabled a 100 coin star
Tick-Tock Tower: Enabled a 60 coin star


___CHANGES TO MAINTAIN 1.0 & 1.1 COMPATIBILITY:___
Treetop Trouble: Recreated and adjusted all trajectories
Moist Maze Cave: Adjusted boulder trajectories
Frozen Pond Valley: Adjusted the bully plateau
Rainy Ruins: Moved the blue switch out of the water
Athletic Clifftops: Remapped Koopa's path
Crystal Cliffs: Adjusted boulder trajectories
Spindrift Isles: Adjusted the placement of an underwater blue switch
Tropical Waterpark: Moved the blue switch out of the water
Underground Mall: Cleared a row of blocks behind the line of entry gate switches
Manic Mars Panic: Aesthetic fixes; replaced defunct Star Radar Badge with Magnet Badge
Outrageous Oasis: Replaced two tiles with different shapes to adjust boulder trajectories
Burning Breeze: Swapped tiles of one particular slope
Mottis Industries: Removed a few cork boxes to prevent unintended Heave-Ho behavior


___CHANGES TO ENABLE 1.1 FUNCTIONALITY:___
Big Duds Factory: Fixed boulder trajectories; level is now 1.1 exclusive
Big Boo's City: Completed the level
Cold, Cold Crevasse: Swapped King Bob-Omb and the Big Ice Bully out of necessity; adjusted Koopa's path
Bob-Omb Castle: Fixed object trajectories; level is now 1.1 exclusive
